I know what it’s like to be trapped by OCD – and I know there’s more beyond it.
After years of living with intrusive thoughts, fear, setbacks, and the out-of-control feelings that come with OCD, I’ve learned that diagnosis doesn’t have to become your identity. My mission is to help you build strength, confidence, and a life way bigger than OCD.
BuiltBeyondOCD is about sharing the habits, mindset shifts, fitness, and nutrition that helped me start building my life. It’s not about being perfect – it’s about taking small steps toward becoming a stronger version of yourself.
01
Break the cycle.
How much of your life has revolved around OCD? Breaking the cycle is about intentionally choosing to stop letting fear make decisions, challenging yourself in new ways, and making room for the life you actuallly want to live instead of living to appease OCD.
02
Build your body.
There’s something incredibly powerful about discovering how strong you can become. Through exercise, better nutrition, and taking care of your body, you can buiold confidence that reaches past the gym doors. Feeling strong, capable, and proud of yourself is the ultimate goal.
03
Become what’s beyond.
OCD can be a chapter in your story, but not your whole book. This is about unveiling who you want to become, chasing big goals, doing things that excite you, and creating your life. You’re not just getting back to who you were before your diagnosis – you’re building the next and strongest version of you.
Don’t wait until everything feels “just right” to start building a life you genuinely love.
